12 more minutes and the first official batch that i trained here in the new company will be done w/ their assessment. i'm very happy w/ the improvement in the work they did in the last couple of days. i just hope they don't forget the small details that i constantly remind them about, because those details make a lot of difference.

blogs are  now officially blocked in the office. so, thank Google for their reader, i can still read posts (more effeciently since it shows which blogs are updated!).

my posts are now done via mail-to-blogger (meaning i can pretend to do business related emails. hehe) and the send-to-blog feature of my SE phone (costs only less than Php5 per photo posted, like an MMS).

miss ko na mag-blog.

yun 'testing' na entry was posted using my phone. galing tlga ni Sony Ericsson. i have to figure out kung pano mag-post ng text lng. at sana ndi naman mahal para kahit short updates lng, pwd pa dn ako mag-post.

i plan to post at least once a month. and syempre pinaka-ok kng at least once a week. that is kung may update sa life ko. e lately, office-tulog-work lng ako e.

ayan, tumataba tuloy ako. waaah!!! sana maging regular hours na ang pasok ko para i can come up with an exercise plan. (parang totooo db?) hehe

one more thing i need to figure out is how to transfer my YM contacts to Windows IM Live para naman connected na ulit ako sa online world.

kung bakit walang update..

ang dami kong gustong sabihin pero dahil ang dami ko ding gingawa at iniisip these past few months, hind na ako nakapag-update.

i've said "goodbye" to a lot of people and places these year. hindi ko na iisaisahin, kasi medyo malungkot. pero ang pinaka-latest ay ang paglipat ko ng work. after a little more than 3 years with TF, nagpaalam na ako sa kanila.

mahirap yun decision. hindi ko rin ine-expect at lalong hindi rin nila inaasahan. hanggang sa last day ko, tinatanong pa din ako kung talaga bang aalis na ako.

anyway, 2 weeks na ako sa aking bagong company.

ang masasabi ko lang, ibang iba sya dahil sa mga sumusunod:

1. hindi na pwede ang jeans. may dress code din kahit holiday shift.

2. bawal magpasok (at syempre pati maglabas) ng gamit sa loob. kasama dito ang cellphone!

3. hindi per cubicle ang mga teams. per room ito. at hindi ka pwedeng basta basta pumasok sa isang room. ika nga, "authorized persons only". hindi ka dn naman basta basta makakapasok kase biometrics ang gamit para ma-identify ang taong papasok.

4. may trunstile (yun kagaya sa mrt/lrt) sa may entrance kaya bawal ang tailgaiting.

4. may camera sa loob ng rooms, corridors at pati ata sa pantry.

5. bawal gamitin ang office email kapag hindi business-related. syempre, bawal din ang YM!

ang tawag ko sa bagong office ay "bahay ni kuya". ang dami kasing bawal at wala kaming connection sa outside world pag nasa loob. buti na lang, naglagay sila ng phone sa pantry, at least pwede tumawag.

at lahat ng yan ay dahil sa confidentiality. bawal daw magkwento ng specifics ng trabaho sa iba.

kung saan ako nagwowork, tanungin nyo na lang ako pag nagkita tayo. hehe

Our flight to SG was delayed by 2 hours due to the bad weather last Saturday night.

But I didn't expect the flight back to be delayed again! That means we will leave SG at 240am and I have to go to work tomorrow. Another sabog day for me.

September is almost done and I don't have a single post! So, here's a quick one.

Highlight of the week (even for the month!) was watching the ADMU-DLSU game yesterday. As we all know, it was a close game and we won by just 1 point! Honestly, part of me have accepted that it's goodbye finals during the last 2 minutes of the game. But then.. Chris Tiu is the man! I hope we win on Sunday!

There's also this other thing that makes me feel excited and scared at the same time. But unfortunately, I can't write about the details.

And oh, we have just moved in to our new place. It's a small 1-bedroom flat somewhere in JP Rizal. Maybe 'tiny' is a better term to use. Imagine, our room can only accommodate 3 single mattresses, 3 laundry baskets and a small fan. And the door cannot be closed!

I'm off to SG tomorrow night. I'm scared of flying, so most probably I'll just sleep throughout the flight. And I'm on a low budget, so sorry if I will not be able to buy pasalubong. :p

I guess that's about it. Have to leave now to celebrate a friends birthday.

it was a long weekend, so i spent it here in nueva.

weekends in nueva means free food and cable tv. while channel surfing, i landed at ESPN and i learned something new: sport stacking. i didn't even know something like that existed but i was so amazed and entertained watching the participants (the youngest was a 3-year-old girl!). i even wanted to try it out myself, but i think they are using a special type of cups.

music on Grey's

one of the main reasons why i watch grey's is the music they feature in each episode. and because i had no training session scheduled yesterday, i checked the website and copied the titles of the songs featured during the previous 3 seasons.

roughly 300 songs all in all! OMG!

i made a checklist and i only have 37 songs in my laptop (ok, not mine. office laptop). these would include the tracks in the vol 1 and vol 2 soundtracks and additional tracks from some mixed collection (w/c is way way better than the collection in vol 1&2) shared here in the office.

my favorites would include:

I'm posting this while on training. My trainee (who is from SG) is doing his exercises and I'm a little bored.

Last night was fun, though. We watched Transformers and it was very entertaining. Who knew robots can be cute and funny?

While waiting for 10 pm, we (Ralph, our Senior Trainer; Robin, our SG visitor; me) had dinner at World Chicken. Then, we played House of the Dead and Mario Kart at Time Zone. For the nth time, I was one of the boys. But no, I'm not complaining.
